Take $2 Tuesday November 12, 2013 {Bursting with Photos Volume 1 and Greatest Hits Volume 8}

Oooh sweet!! It’s Take $2 Template Tuesday… it makes me giddy to share these packs with you because they’re just THAT wonderful! I’ve had both of these packs in my own collection since they were first introduced. Let’s face it, I’m seriously addicted to Trixie’s templates. But I’m not the only one. Let me show you some of the delightful layouts the Trixie Scraps Stars have created with these time- and effort-saving templates. The sunbursts in Bursting With Photos V.1 lend themselves to many effects. (Get it?? Bursting?? It took me awhile but it finally hit me.) Laina went with two complimentary papers in bright colours here:

Jennifer’s layout is patriotic with its mostly red and white palette.

Mine is a bit different since I used two different papers in the rays of my burst. I think it might even be possible to have each one a different paper. Wouldn’t that be something?

Greatest Hits V.8 is another terrific collection. They’ve all got a strong horizontal to them, unless of course you turn them on their sides! Jennifer played it straight for this one:
