Hello there Trixie Scraps fans, and welcome to the first weekend of August! Where did July go? It’s Jackie here today and I have a super special treat for you. I’m sure many of you were excited to see the August Templatetopia by North Meets South Studios released yesterday, and today I can share with you some awesome inspiration from the Trixie Scraps Stars. I don’t know about you, but I am constantly fascinated by the unique spin that each of the Stars puts on these templates.
First off is this fun layout by Stacey using Summer Lovin’. I really love how many photos of the day she was able to capture all on a single page. The bright starburst at the bottom of the page is pretty fabulous too.
Next up we have a fun time on the bumper cars captured by Carrin. She used Summer on the Boardwalk to create this layout, and it seems tailor made for these photos. I love the star cutouts, and the cute cluster of elements.
That big creative photo in the center of this layout by Jessica really caught my eye. What a neat idea! She used the North Meets South Studios collaboration Roll With It to create this page, and the bright colors of this kit on the darker background really make it pop.
This layout by Lisa is also a fabulous idea. Taking a photo of your little one on the same day each year is a great way to document their life. And what better kit to use to scrap an annual 4th of July picture than the Stars & Stripes Mini Kit.
This page by Mary Kate is a fantastic was to remember a Bridging Ceremony. The Scouting is for Girls kit by North Meets South Studios has all the right colors and elements to highlight this special day. I think it’s neat that she featured not only the girls and their leaders, but also some of the fun snacks from the event.
