Saturday with the Stars - Layouts with New Template Packs

Happy Saturday! It’s time for another ‘Saturday with the Stars’ where I’ll be showing you some of my favorite layouts made by the Trixie Scraps Stars (her creative team) featuring the template packs Star Struck 12: Lori B and Star Struck 13: Laina. With each new release, I look forward to seeing all the different ways the ladies use the different kit components to produce some truly stunning pages!

This page by Stacey uses Star Struck 12. I love how the black and white photos really pop against the colorful background, and the butterfly with her title is such a fun touch.

Bree adapted one of the SS 12 templates to get a few more photos in. I love how she placed that big sun in the corner! The little phrases on the strips and the ribbon and string are some of my favorite elements to use and they add just the right touches to her page.

I also used the SS 12 set to make this page. I loved the cluster placement on this template and added the little photo in the upper right. The great thing about templates is that you can use them as they come but you can also customize them to fit your photo needs like Bree and I did with this set.

Shauna used the Star Struck 13 set. I love how the focus is on the large photo, but the small one also helps to tell the story of her page. The plaid background paper is just stunning and the layers at the bottom of her picture fall right on that imaginary 1/3 line and are so visually appealing and really tie the page together.

Kris also used the SS 13 set for her page. I love how the stacked background papers aren’t square, but rather are a little narrower on the sides. Kris’ kit selection is just a perfect color match for her fun photo, and I’m just wowed by her clustering. Her clusters are beautiful and add visual appeal to the page with overwhelming her photo.

As usual, I’m so impressed and in awe of the incredible talent Tracy, aka Trixie, has on her Creative Team. I hope these pages have given you some inspiration as well as showed you little ways you can adapt templates to meet your creative needs.
