Welcome to Sunday Spotlight! While perusing the gallery at Scrapbook Bytes, I found Barbie. Here are some fun facts about her:
1. Tell us about yourself including some unique tidbits.
I am first off a believer in Christ, then wife to a great guy old enough to be my dad 
, mom to 8 gorgeous children, whom we home educate, and 4 equally wonderful step-children, who are old enough to be my brothers & sister, and grandma to sweet twin girls. 
In my spare time, which I demand to keep my sanity, I love to digi-scrap, quilt, knit, and read. I seem to have found myself addicted to coffee (the more chocolate in it, the better!) and I spend way too much time on Facebook.

2. What made you take the jump to digiscrapping?
Well, paper scrapping scared the life out of me! I loved the idea of scrapbooking, but cutting up all those photos irreparably…just made me shudder. But with digi – ahhh, the lovely undo button. I drooled over a lot of the pages in the gallery at Scrapbook Bytes and finally took the plunge. I fell in love immediately.
3. If you were having a blah day and could pick one place to escape to, where would it be?
Aaah, well, if it was anywhere – I’d head up to Lake Superior and sit on the shore and stare out at the water. My husband would be at my side, quiet but there. But, in reality, I like to just get away by myself for a few minutes for a recharge of the batteries.
4. What are some digiscrap elements you just can’t live without?
Plain papers, flowers, stitching, and leaves. I love the more natural looking elements.
5. Any guilty pleasures?
Chocolate and Facebook, lol.
6. Use one or two words to describe your scrapping style.

7. What are some of your favorite products by Trixie Scraps Designs?
It would really be shorter to list which ones I didn’t like, lol. But I guess these two are my favorites: Happiness in a Cup (of course!) and Spring in the Meadow. I’m hoping to get Rejuvenation Blogwear for my new blog and I cannot help but be in love with Bring on the Rain.
