Hi all! Sorry I’m a day late with my new release announcement… I actually had it done and in the store on WEDNESDAY… lol. And that threw me off with my blog posting. Go figure… in any event, I am here now and excited to show off a new kit that I created at the request of some of the Sugar Babes over at Digital Candy. Turns out a bunch of them have daughters playing softball this Spring, and wouldn’t you know, there just weren’t any decent kits on the market to use with all the new photos they are taking?

So, it was my pleasure to come to the rescue! LOL. So, I give you Softball Stars – the full kit has 16 papers (12 patterns, 4 solids) over 50 elements and an uppercase alpha with numbers and symbols, all for just $4.99!! This kit was so much fun to design, I surprised myself! The preview image is linked to the product in my store.

Now, when I was just a little tyke, I too, played softball… and I LOVED it. I played first base, third base, and pitcher… from what I remember. I think I liked first base the MOST. I don’t have too many photos from those days, but I did have a team photo and an individual shot of little beanpole me from one year when my mom and dad were my coaches – so of course, I had to do a layout with the kit (and I love how it turned out) LOL!

And then, my pal Jolene had some fun playing with the kit, too… here are two fabulous layouts from her. One of Jolene when SHE played softball and one of her daughter who is continuing the tradition – how fun!
